Q: What are eyelash extensions?

A: Eyelash extensions are individual hairs that can be made up of mink, silk or synthetic mink that are applied 1-1 ratio to your natural lashes to enhance length, curl and fullness. Here at Lashes By Gab we do not support animal cruelty. We use synthetic mink, which is very safe and will have less allergies to the clients who are allergic to animals.

Q: How long do eyelash extensions usually last?

A: A full set of eyelash extensions can last anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Refills are recommended every 2 weeks because of this reason. With proper care you eyelashes will stay beautiful and full for 2-3 weeks. We recommend to come back to us in 2 weeks to keep up with maintenance for your lashes.

Q: How long does it take to get a full set vs a refill

A: Depending on which lash artist, a full set can take anywhere from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes. A refill can take anywhere from 45 minutes - an hour and half.

Q: Can I wear eye makeup with my eyelash extensions?

A: Yes, you can wear eye makeup. However, we do recommend that you are removing your making with an oil-free makeup remover and cleanse your lashes with our Lashes By Gab Shampoo. We also have a Lashes By Gab oil-free mascara that is safe to use on your bottom lashes with eyelash extensions.

Q: Will eyelash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

A: When applied correctly by a licensed, certified and well-reputable lash artist, no you will not damage your natural lashes.

Q: Why is there difference in pricing per lash artist?

A: Each price is based of off the experience and time each each artist has been servicing eyelash extensions. Lash artists with lower prices have 6 months - 1 year of experience. Lash techs with higher prices have 3-5+ years of experience.

How do I care for my eyelash extensions? ?

A: Avoid water for 24-48 hours on your eyelash extensions

No mascara or oily products on your eyelashes

Do not pick or rub your eyelash extensions

Wash your lashes with Lashes By Gab Shampoo 3 times a week

Brush your lashes every day

How Do I prepare for my lash appointment?

A: Remove all eye makeup prior to coming in for your appointment

Leave company and children at home. Extra guests are not allowed.

Avoid caffeine, pre-work out or excessive drinking.

Use the restroom at one of our LBG locations before starting the service

Turn your phone on silent. Phone ringers can be very distracting to our guests and employees.
